Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

- You have answered fewer than 3 practice questions on the platform
- You have not started or completed any practice exams
All three conditions must be satisfied to qualify for a refund. This policy is designed to allow users who realize the Service is not right for them to receive a refund, while preventing abuse of our educational content.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The request is made more than 3 days after purchase
- You have answered 3 or more practice questions
- You have started or completed any practice exam
- You have previously received a refund from us
- Your account has been terminated for violation of these Terms
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription plans are subject to the same refund policy as monthly plans. Once the 3-day refund eligibility period has passed or usage thresholds have been exceeded, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription term. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, charged multiple times for a single subscription, or experienced any other billing discrepancy, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors and duplicate charges will be refunded regardless of usage, typically within 5-10 business days.
How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our question database
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS COMPTIA, CISCO, AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS), MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, ORACLE, PMI, ISC², OR ANY OTHER CERTIFICATION AUTHORITY.
